Painless, except for the Tax Due

I have several deductions and a few business expenses and Turbo Tax walked me through it with ease.
The longest time taken was to assemble my receipts.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, requires litlle to no thinking
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Simplestic Tax Return

I would like a listing for my 2014 Quicken categories that would better match the TurboTax. I feel it would make a better transition and less redo. But overall the tax process is made a breeze with the match-up of Quicken and TurboTax.
What's great about it: The connection between Quciken and TurboTax
What's not so great: My incorrect category identifications as to TurboTax

Easy Peasy

I think doing my own taxes helps me pay attention to what I am dealing with throughout the year. Turbo Tax makes in easy to file all in the comfort of my own home. I feel secure having access to support if needed and the program clearly runs you through what you need to accomplish your tasks.
What's great about it: Organized walk through of documentation/credits
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wonderful Directions

Take the time to read all information and directions carefully and completely and you will find Turbo Tax very easy to follow. Turbo Tax takes away some of the pain of preparing your taxes. Taxes are something everyone has to prepare so just do it with Turbo Tax and you will find this time of year a little more pleasant.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to follow -- if you carefully read the directions.

We need some type of "Search" box. The Help icon does not answer my question. I went to the bottom and found three more pages.
Q. You changed the product box!

Used Turbo Tax For Many Years

Filing taxes is such a complicated process that I cannot imagine doing anything else. Turbo Tax takes all my information from the prior year and imports it for me automatically saving keystrokes. I really liked the year over year compare because that helped me spot anything I may have missed. That can be a lifesaver.
What's great about it: Only way to get through the pain of filing
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Refuses to e-file

Error message said if the problem persisted to file by mail. After numerous attempts I had to print and mail. That isn't what I signed up for. I also had a problem with entering 13a on a 1099R. There wasn't a 13a on the form. Filing for the first year that I've retired was not a cake walk. Explanations were not clear. I'm not happy.
