Turbo Tax Experience

I've used the program for several years and have bee very satisfied. Some very minor search issues but overall I'll use it again.
What's great about it: Easy to use and comforting to know that the software contains all the information I needed to access
What's not so great: Some difficulty finding specific review items and needed to do more digging than should have been necessary

Back is Not the same as going thru Interview

Often i want to go back within a Q&A session after I have left it and gone on to another section. When I try to go back to the previous section. I expect the exact same questions to be asked as when I went through the Q&A initially. This does not happen. I want the same Q&A going forward and upon returning to the same section.
What's not so great: When want to go back thru an iterview it's not the same
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Suggestion

The tax software is user friendly. Taxes are boring and tedious but Turbo Tax makes the job much easier. My suggestion is to have websites or phone numbers available in this software, for the federal and state IRS offices. It's difficult to locate this information on-line. It would be great if I could type in my zip code and it would display the phone number or direct me to a website.
What's great about it: Good, user friendlty
What's not so great: Would like 800# to call for federal and state offices for questions

Overall Good Program

Product worked well with exception of downloading updates and state program. Updates would not work and would freeze program. Phone help line was able to resolve the problem by having new programs downloaded. However, problem happened again when tried to efile and had to resolve problem again. The phone support worked well and was able to resolve the problem each time.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, well organized

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I have found it generally makes the complex simple to understand. As a church pastor I am aware our filings are more difficult than many others but Turbo Tax has made my job much simpler. Great tax program!
What's great about it: Guides me through all necessary information.
What's not so great: None

TurboTax Long Time User Review

I have continued to use TurboTax since 1995 and before. (I have tax files from 1995 and on.) TurboTax has always provided me the best way to complete my tax returns through the years. It is easy to use. Being able to pause and continue completing the remainder of data entry has always been one of the best capabilities of the software. The function of having last year's numbers available for instant review greatly aids in knowing I have entered the current year's data. The import of data from Quicken is another plus that saves entering a mired of information manually. Keep up the good work Intuit!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use; BOTH "walk-me-thru" and actual forms; easy access to help/explanations for entries.
What's not so great: Minor-actual file suffix changes each year; having to pay for state e-file.

2013 Turbo Tax Review

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and it helps me a lot.
It is quite easy and straight forward without any problem.
It would be much better if there is discount for the users for 3, 5, and 10 years.
