Turbo Tax 2013

Turbo Tax is a great service and low cost! It really helps people to get all the credits and tax incentives possible to make our lives easier. Just be sure to update all forms as most tax laws change every year.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow step by step
What's not so great: Government was slow to give forms necessary.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax, as always, has been the fastest and easiest way to file our taxes.

I have been using TurboTax since the mid 90's and have always been happy with their software. I will continue to use their product to do our taxes.
What's great about it: Make doing taxes a bit more enjoyable.
What's not so great: Can't really think of any.

I don't know how to explain it, but this year's version of Turbo Tax I did not find enjoyable to use. The interface is still the same, but the program itself seemed to be sluggish, did not auto-update as it should before beginning, and just overall was not a good experience. Be very careful about saving your returns as I had saved a return from the other night to return to it today and found it did not save at all, despite saying that it did.
I hate to say it as I had been a loyal multi-year user of Turbo Tax, but I think this was the last year that I will be using it.

It makes it easy. Asks you everything. No trying to figure out poorly written instructions. It calculates after each entry, so you can see what it causing the ups and downs. It checks to see if itemizing or standard is best for you. Saves a lot of time.

Overall great experience and can take my time, on my schedule to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Reassurance that I can check my entries and see how it affects my tax amount.
What's not so great: need to send a gift card for coffee : )
