Easy and Quick

I love the fact that Turbo Tax can look up the past year's info and export it into current year. It's nice that Turbo Tax asks all the right questions and does the review at the end. I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem.

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many year never this bad. This year (2013 return) is so unfriendly!! I'll consider not to use Turbo tax any more!

Great Product!

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier with the product. I especially like the ability to upload investment information, which is a tremendous time-saver. I recommend this product to everyone I know.
What's great about it: The interview process
What's not so great: Finding individual forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I was pleasantly surprised by how easily TurboTax lead me through the process. I kept thinking that I am forgetting something because of how easy it seemed. However, the checks and double checks made me feel more confident.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and am totally pleased with the ease of the program which enables quick and accurate completion of this annual chore.
What's great about it: Ease of completion
What's not so great: I wish that there were some way to save previous years returns

I've used Turbotax for seven years and have always had a great experience with it. No errors and fast refunds.
What's great about it: Excellent guidance, fast, thorough
What's not so great: None

Lame No Fix Option

The program kept saying I had an additional W2… which I did NOT have! I needed to e-file and bought this SPECIFICALLY to e-file my taxes. There was NO FIX in your program error!
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Kept telling me I couldn't e-file !!!
