filling out ok, but printing is impossible. I have windows 7 and I cannot get it to print the forms in no way. this stinks.

Great product have used turbo tax for years. It is easy to use always saves me money
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: I can't think of anything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax! Have used it for many years and I feel so "at Home" with their Soft Ware. Highly recommend it for everyone, including First-Time Filers! You won't go wrong.
What's great about it: Very, Very easy to follow, even for first time user. Have used Turbo Tax for many, many years! Have never had a problem!
What's not so great: N/A

The 5th or so year I've used TurboTax ... like the walk through process and double checks of info and deductions. Only downside is I couldn't seem to transfer needed info from last year (done on another computer) to the new machine so had to start from scratch
What's great about it: Easy navigation of forms
What's not so great: I am unable to print ANY forms from the computer I used including the form needed to pay the State owed amount

I have been using turbo tax for many years. It gives me great confidence in the accuracy of my returns and makes compliance easy as possible.
What's great about it: Easy way to do taxes on my own!
What's not so great: IRS unnecessary complexity. Not fault of Turbo Tax
