Happy again!!

I have been Happy with Turbo Tax for Many years. It is very easy to use, especially when you use the Step-by-Step guide.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to use
What's not so great: Had trouble finding information regarding Inheritance

Where did that come from? And, make it go away!

Some how, a business I never owned was interjected into my return and I had a dickens of a time getting shed of it. Also, some minor work expenses became jiggered around on my state from data entered on the federal return and caused me about half an hour fussing around to straighten it out.
What's great about it: Logical progression
What's not so great: God forbid you get info in wrong location!

Great product!

Turbo tax is far better than using a professional in that it can be done at users pace. No need to have all backup and paperwork at once especially 1099 info that arrives over time.
And doing taxes using the IRS instructions and forms, that is an impossible task except for possibly someone with only one source of income, owns no real estate and takes standard deduction.
What's great about it: Finds all the nooks and crannys in the ridiculous tax laws.
What's not so great: My investments were not available on line

The Experience

Easy to use.

I have only used TurboTax. Ever.
What's great about it: Walk through is easy.
What's not so great: Navigating back to different parts is not as easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product

I have used TurboTax for the last five years and I found it very intuitive-from the first year I used it. The walk through is thorough, and the ability to import financial information and personal information saves time. I will use it again next year.
What's great about it: importing financial and personal info saves time, walk thru is very helpful

Great Follow-through

While I was thrilled the software directed me to print and send form 8453, a required document with filing, maybe it would have been good to cover that when completeing that part of the deductions either in the help or the online help.
What's great about it: Form 8453 directions
What's not so great: Did not cover some of the detail during completing Taxes
