Lead me to my refund

I would be lost if I had to file the paperwork by hand. Turbo Tax takes the lead and helps you find every deduction You are eligible for. I'll be enjoying my refund; its bigger than I expected!
What's great about it: Always explained deductions. Can't go wrong !

In reference to the cons above...deferred actions/entries were not explained leading the tax preparer to wonder if something had been missed.
What's not so great: In several instances, the software missed opportunities to anticipate questions and provide answers.

I like the fact that I could easily get to the worksheet and work on the tax return. I also like the prompts and questions, they make it really easy to file.

easy to follow for the most part but you need to add comments to error when found,had difficulty figuring out what was wrong,rereviewed every thing about 3 times,third time was a charm.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
