Turbotax makes this whole process manageable

I have used many products over the years and feel most comfortable with TurboTax. There is a drop-off from Federal to state returns though. Confusion continues with the NJ Resident working in Manhattan cross-over. I never feel comfortable that this is completely accurate.
The TurboTax on-line community is a great feature and gets stronger every year. I used it several times this year and it was much more helpful than in the past.
What's great about it: Program is full of helpful information and easy to follow guided tours
What's not so great: Several crashes, particularly in the state returns

What a stress reducer and cheaper way to do your taxes. I really am glad I found Turbo Tax.

I have complete trust in the Intuit program, and I suspect that the IRS uses it.
What's great about it: Performs entries easily, expecially those that I would have a difficult time finding the correct form entry.
What's not so great: Slow, but not as slow as doing it by pencil.

I'VE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR YEARS. I HAVE FOUND NO OTHER TAX SOFTWARE TO COMPARE.
What's great about it: DIRECTS ME THROUGH.SO EASY TO USE.EASY TO FIND ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS.
What's not so great: NONE

To many bugs

We had problems with paying for the state filing which caused the entire process to freeze. It was some kind of computer compatibility issue, but transferring the data between computers was difficult and I had to redo part of my return due to lost data.
Customer service over the phone couldn't fix the bugs, but they were willing to offer a downloadable version for the other computer which was helpful.

What's great about it: Guides you through the tax data easily
What's not so great: Too many problems with filing, saving docs and printing

Taxes made easy

I thought this year was more challenging than last year.
What's great about it: makes the calculations and imports fed into state
What's not so great: extra states cost was high, but made it extremely easy
