THE ONLY CHOICE FOR ME

This is my 15th year using TTax Deluxe. I have two (2) Sch C's, four (4) Sch E's, and a bunch of 1099's, and would be lost without this product. It's the clear choice for me! I did try TaxCut back in 2002 and was very disappointed, not anywhere as good. Haven't deviated since.
What's great about it: Ease of use, consistant, reliable
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy effort

I completed the tax forms over a period of several days. The topics covered were ordered very well. I was able to backtrack and revise information as I remembered that I had forgotten to include needed information. Overall the format was well orderded and the instructions were very easy to understand. The available explanations were concise and addressed the topic well. The reason it took me several days is that I am inherently lazy. (Ha-Ha) .
All in all, it was as good an experience as possible. Filling out income tax forms is not fun.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and detailed. Allowed me to go back and make revisions as I went through the software
What's not so great: That stupid complicated tax laws had to be addressed

Good way to get taxes done

I've used Turbo tax for several years, and plan to keep using it unless I have a really complex tax situation some day.
What's great about it: User friendly, don't have to drive your documents anywhere, accurate and I feel like I can trust it
What's not so great: Didn't update automatically, so there were a few software errors until I realized I needed to update manually.

Help is helpful

The Help option is really helpful. I have had very bad experiences with Help options on several programs. Turbo Tax did not disappoint me on my questions. I asked questions that were simple but confusing and I got a fast list of possible answers to choose from. Great answers to questions

Great product even when I'm not getting a refund.

Easy to use, especially when previous year's information Is available. That makes it quick to revise new information for current tax year. The walk through guide is thorough and helpful. I can't say I enjoy tax season, but at least TurboTax makes the preparation less taxing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
