so simple!

Honestly don't understand why after years of "auto purchase" in the fall, I still see the same Turbo Tax available in the stores cheaper.
What's great about it: walks you thorugh every step
What's not so great: having to scroll for every "next" step

I have used other programs and found them less organized, therefore somewhat difficult so I returned to using TurboTax and I have never been disappointed.
What's great about it: Simple, Easy, Helpfull, Supportive, Accurate
What's not so great: Cannot think of any.

Love the fact that the state return is SO easy once you do the Federal. The best reason to use Turbo Tax!

Over the years I've found the software to be easy, improved & quite helpful, Good value as well.
What's great about it: Ease of usage eg. step by step towards covering respective areas

Comprehensive, Accurate . . . but . . .

I've been using Turbo Tax forever, but one little beef: For multi-state filers, like me, I live in CT and work in NYC. I travel, so I have to allocate days in and outside New York to ensure I don't over pay in my work state and underpay in my state of residence. Every year I have to dig very deep to find the place to do this. It's not apparent. It's not clear. It's not readily findable. Please, change the program to ask that simple question: Do you work in a state and live in another and do you have to allocate your time? And bring me right to the place where I can do that. Don't make me drill down and dig!

What's great about it: Comprehensive, Accurate, Fast, Confidence-Instilling
What's not so great: For Multi-state filers (Work in NYC, live in CT) a Little Cumbersome

The service on line was very patient and very helpful. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1994 and will stay with them next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and great service
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
