Quick and Easy

Once I had all my documentation it took maybe 2 hours to complete my taxes and e-file them.

I use Turbo Tax every year to do my taxes as well as my family members. It is easy to install, navigate, understand and operate. I recommend it highly!!

Turbo tax is the easiest way I have found to do our taxes. Everything is asked in easy to understand questions. You don't have to know anything about taxes to key in your information. I feel comfortable that everything has been covered and completed correctly. I recommend Turbo Tax to friends and family over the other software (which I tried once and decided never to do that again!) all the time.

ThIs was agreat experience for file my taxes. Offering audit support is an added benefit. Keep doing what you are doing. This is q great product.

Have many different tax situations going on here and all were covered and easy to navigate. Didn't notice if there was a link to the topic area on IRS website for guidance but that would be a helpful addition.

Turbotax is the best. It is fast, easy, simple. Easy to understand and follow. Gathered up what I needed and in a short while my taxes are done and filed! Loved it.

Not overjoyed

Was advised final forms were ready, but it took another 24 hours before they would download.
Bigger issue is that copies print XXXXXXXXXXX where my bank account routing number and account number should be. Ergo, I have no way of knowing what's being e-filed: correct numbers or x's.
I may have to go to another program in the future.
