taxes made easy

I've used TurboTax for the past 22 years for my taxes and love it. It shows me many deductions that I didn't know were available and easily has paid for itself over the years.
What's great about it: much easier than an accountant
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

City taxes always broken

Overall pretty good program, but always have to manually correct Battle Creek MI city taxes.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use
What's not so great: Have to watch out, TurboTax makes mistakes

Turbo tax delux

I could not enter IRS code 1402(k) residual commissions without trigering self employment tax in Turbo Tax. Live help was able to instruct me how to get around this in Turbo Tax Deluxe. Hope Code 1402(k) commissions will be included in 2014 Turbo Tax Deluxe.
What's great about it: Easy in step by step or self selection.
What's not so great: Turbo tax could not handle IRS code 1402(k) for residual

Turbo tax is easy to follow . You can save and go back at any time. In addition you can transport info from yerar to year.

Easy Enough

Like being able to do it all AT HOME. Don't have to rush to post office! Don't have to look for forms! It's all right here. Don't really have to get anybody else involved and wait in an office filled with nervous cigarette smoking people to get my taxes filed.
What's great about it: Easy to read and follow directions
What's not so great: too much to have to reaad

Easy to Use!

I even had a small problem, (not getting a required minimum distribution on an inherited IRA), and I had to call customer support. She patiently took care of my problem, helped me get the correct additional form, and told me what to do. She even called back to make sure everything was all set!
What's great about it: Just like the ad says, answer questions, no forms to wade through
What's not so great: None
