Everything difficult was made easy

I expected this tax year to be more complicated than any I'd previously filed, and TurboTax (as in the past) made it much easier than I expected. I know a lot of people with tax situations less complicated than mine who continue to pay big bucks going to a tax person. So, every chance I get I let them know how easy and convenient it is to use this product.
What's great about it: Completeness, bullet-proof operation, ease of use, help links
What's not so great: None

What's not so great: The program kept telling me to update turbo taxt but it wouldn't comlete the udates.

Turbo Tax 2013, Refund Baby!

I love using this software. Makes it very easy for the average person to do there own taxes.
What's great about it: Easy step by step. Love the Turbo Tax community help. Nice to know I'm not the only one with common questions.
What's not so great: Be a little more descriptive with some of the examples.

Depend on Turbo Tax Each Year

I continue to depend on TurboTax to help me in the preparation of my federal taxes. It offers a review to raise any questions that come up based on the info that I have loaded into the system. It is a dependable, low cost option that helps me meet my federal tax reporting each year!
What's great about it: Steps you through the entire process. Helpful information if you have any questons. Not expensive.

TURBO TAX SAVES ME LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY.
What's great about it: INFO TRANSFERRED FROM LAST YEAR'S RETURN. CAPITAL GAIN/LOSS CARRIED OVER FROM YEAR TO YEAR.
What's not so great: NONE

PA interview process cumbersome related to download of information from federal return. Confusion on educational expenses entry on federal form created transfer problems difficult to correct on PA forms
What's great about it: Federal process very user friendly
What's not so great: State return (PA) cumbersome related to 1099Q
