Still have back up discs from 1994 Turbo Tax! 20 straight years using Turbo Tax--gets easier every year. Who needs a CPA when they do all the work for you?
What's great about it: Easy to use, love the e-file
What's not so great: none--gets better every year

You need better examples to help individuals decide if they are looking at the appropriate help. Hard to find the way it appears in the printed form without printing. Lots up sells for Turbo Tax products but not much help to the individual trying to complete their tax forms.
What's great about it: Compatability with 2012 filing
What's not so great: Lack of appropriate examples to make decision resulting in a longer time to complete

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years (I think). Upgraded to Deluxe when I started my own business. Business didn't last long but Turbo Tax walked me through all of the nuances of starting and closing a business. Thanks!
What's great about it: Makes sure you identify EVERYTHING that could be a deduction
What's not so great: Had to wait to file because of State Sales Tax figures not in yet

Very user friendly. Step by step instruction is great. I have used Turbo Tax in the past and will continue using the Turbo Tax in the future. Keep up the good work!
