I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I love that the information transfers over from year to year!
What's great about it: The process is easy and thorough
What's not so great: there was one flat tax I could not figure out how to enter.

Turbo Tax 2013 was comprehensive yet, very simple. Everything was explained thoroughly and is easy to understand!

There were improvements in the way some questions were asked compared with the last few years. In particular, the treatment of triple tax exempt income and income tax exempt in your home state was simplified and therefore less confusing to input.

Easy & Efficient

I've been using Turbo Tax for 12 years and the program seems to be easier to use each year even though my tax situation seems be getting more complex. I'll continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to enter info and excellent help
What's not so great: None

Really easy to work with. I am only using for the 2nd year so hope it is easy to compare several years together.

What's not so great: finding correct physical forms takes a little getting use to.

All in all, using TurboTax was very easy. My only issue was when I came back to using it after saving and logging off, it took quite a while to come back up.
