Multiple income retired individual, turbo tax makes doing my taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: Cost, Ease of Use, Automatic Import of Information !

used turbo tax for first time in filing 2012 return. when using program for filing 2013 return, did not download information from 2012 filing. therefore, had to laboriously re-enter all information, despite the fact that only a few numbers changed. turbotax touts its ability to download last year's information, but fails to deliver.
What's great about it: good step by step instructions
What's not so great: did not download last year's return

getting it done with turbo tax

turo tax has always help me when the tax laws started to get more than a layman can understand they have always helped and this year I purched it online a mistake I had to purchase a state disc on top of the other money put out I got mixed up with the offer and will physycally see the product first without haveing to pay twice the deluxe and state are better than what i did will not make that misstake agsin
What's great about it: I have use it for almost 10 years
What's not so great: didn't have the school codes listed as last year for the state.
