Wouldn't let me e-file

Instructions said there was an available update which I installed successfully three separate times, but still could not e-file, so I had to file by mail instead.
What's great about it: did all the computations easily
What's not so great: software wouldn't let me e-file

will not print a copy

needs to fix the print portio n of the program it refuses to give me a copy of my taxs for my records icant mail my taxs .plus i bought the one with a free state and it wants to charge me for the state. I am not happy, with this years program. i may have to try a different one next year
What's great about it: fast easy until you try and prtint a copy
What's not so great: wont give me a printed copy of my tax i can mail my taxes with out a copy

Better Than Last Year

Good software that I have used yearly for over 10 years. The input format was better this year than last, and the data flowed into the app smoothly.
I did have problems when I would save the file and stop the app, and then try to restart. I could not figure out how to reacquire the data input at the same point in the questioning. I would have to click through the section questions one at a time - over and over again. Even when I had moved onto several sections.. Very frustrating. There must be a way to do this, but I could never catch it on the program restart.
The e-filing was a joy and a snap. Great interface in this section. Thanks Intuit.
Oh, yes I will buy Turbotax again next year. I would be lost without it.
What's great about it: Input format is clean, and reasonably straightforward. Calculations are reliable, and the e-file capability is tops.
What's not so great: Had difficulty regaining my position in the data input sequence after I shut down the application and tried to restart.

Got Done and Got Paid

Turbo tax works well and is pretty easy to use. One down side was that if you didn't give to a charity that year, it deletes it and makes you re-enter it next year.

What's not so great: Some info doesn't carry over year-to-year
