Ok but could be better...

Need to explain why things are different from last year. for example, last year I had a $500.00 credit on my state tax form, this year it was zero, with no explanation.
What's great about it: Easy to useand understand.
What's not so great: Does not explain why there are differences between last year's return and the current return.

This is "Taxes for Dummies". A few years ago I paid several hundred dollars to a tax preparer to do my taxes - the only thing different was all the extra money I paid him and it took longer.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, & fun
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Provides Me With Confidence

I have used this program for years to file my taxes. I have also taught my grandchildren to file theirs using this program. So easy to use, and provides me with a strong level of confidence that I am filing correctly.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Helpful suggestions. Used it for years

I probably won't do this next year because I didn't know I would have to pay twice..I bought the program to file my taxes but when I finished I'm told I will be charged more money to file..Don't like that.
What's not so great: I bought a Turbo tax to file my taxes. Why do I have ot pay again?

The program is easy to use. Everything needed to file taxes is on the program.

Use it every year and its great . Importing w-2 and other financials is a huge plus. The audit protection for life is worth the money, lifetime.
What's great about it: Super easy - Importing from companies a hige time saver
