I've used Turbo Tax for a few years now, I was afraid at first to try, but I'm glad I did it was easy and not scary at all!

Great Tax prep every year!

Have been using this for four years and it works great. Super easy to use. No issues with software, when needed Intuit will contact you if a mistake is made on forms or clarification is needed. Step by step instructions make it hard to make a mistake, and it double checks everything before you file.
What's great about it: Super Easy to use
What's not so great: Doesn't have free e-file on state tax

This is at least the tenth year in a row using Turbo Tax. I wouldn't do it any other way.
What's great about it: walks me all the way through it
What's not so great: I pay too much in taxes!

Good Product, but....

When I save, close and continue use the next day TT restarts from start point. It doesn't loose data but it should start from where I ended.
What's great about it: Good product, I've used it for so many years I forget the number. but I did use it in the last millennium.
What's not so great: When I save, close and continue use the next day TT restarts from start point.

Poor experience and Nickle and Dimed

I have used Turbo Tax for a couple of years and will not be using it again. The desktop version was unable to import previous year's return and other Tax documents from 2013.
To add insult to injury, the additional state return and e-filing cost additional high fees. I am very disappointed.
What's great about it: It is now over
What's not so great: Desktop UX was poor, Having to pay multiple times for extras
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy - Again!

I use TurboTax every year, and nothing could be easier. Between Quicken and my own system for keeping track of medical deductions, I can easily provide any information I'm prompted for. It's quick, it's easy, it's accurate!
What's great about it: Automatic calculations; error check; deduction suggestions
