Once again, Turbo Tax very user friendly

As the title indicates, Turbo Tax is very user friendly. It makes sure everything is looked at. This is particularly helpful for someone itemizing deductions and with multiple investments, some of which are non-taxable.
What's great about it: The easy walk through, Its Deductable really helps with donated tiems.
What's not so great: Asked for Required Minimum Payment information for retirement accounts where RMP is not appllicable

Turbo is easy to use. I have a very simple situation, so I highly recommend Turbo to friends & family in a similar situation. Thanks for offering a great product.
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: Seemed like I needed an update each time I opened the program.

Good Tax Program - But...

I've designed input screens in the past and what I don't like about TurboTax's screens are as the category list expands the Continue/Next Section button still appears at the bottom of the category list while the program returns you to the top of the screen. I'd like to see TurboTax do one of two things for next year. Either put the Continue/Next Section button at the top of the screen if the program returns you to the top of the screen or have the program return you to the bottom of the screen so you don't need to scroll down every time to get to the Continue/Next Section button. TurboTax could also place these buttons at both the top and the bottom of the screens so the user has the option of which to use.
What's great about it: Thorough Questions and Explanations
What's not so great: Continue/Next Section Button Needs to be Repositioned

Turbo Tax is very helpful, particularly if you have a complicated return. I purchased it because I have a K-1 to add. Unfortunately just purchasing the program isn't enough. Every extra dime they can squeeze out of you they do.
What's great about it: Helps with complicated taxes
What's not so great: Just purchasing the program isn't enough. Nickel and dimes you.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I think everything is covered in your program. I have been using since the beginning of your company. I have only been audited once, sent in my paperwork and they didn't ask for anything more. I have used your online service which I would NOT recommend as I had trouble accessing again once I used it. I prefer my own copy that I keep with my taxes.
What's great about it: Every question asked and answered through your program
What's not so great: Cost for state income tax filing
