Turbo Tax Audit missed BIG TIME

I have been on Social Security for several years. This year I somehow skipped entering this income. The TurboTax audit completely missed this check, causing me to have to file an amended return when I found the error. Since almost no one would stop receiving Social Security after they started, why wasn't this flagged.
I use TurboTax year after year so that I can get the year-to-year audit. This needs to be fixed.
PS: Ed is my nickname. I is not too short to be a valid nickname!
What's great about it: Have used it for years
What's not so great: Very disappointing audit

First Time Received Refund!!!

I have used TurboTax since 2007. In 2013 I lost my job and encountered all types of tax situations. I kept all my paperwork and didn't worry about filing since I knew TurboTax would "walk" me through each situation. TurboTax came through and for the first time I received a "huge" refund which I can use since I am still searching for employment. I will continue to use TurboTax and am encouraging my mom to use TurboTax as she has retirement tax issues which are getting more complicated for her each year.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and didn't take long to do complicated taxes
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A very satisfied first-time user

Spectacular software. I have very minimal knowledge about taxes and was intimidated at first. But the step-by-step process eliminated my anxiety in a hurry. Dare I say it: I can't wait until next year to use TurboTax again for my tax returns! And I certainly will recommend the software to my friends and family. Thank you for creating a superb product, Intuit!
What's great about it: step-by-step; terms and definitions thoroughly explained; easy to go back and make corrections if needed
What's not so great: none

Short and Sweet

I have used TurboTax for to file both my state and federal taxes for over 10 years now, and each year seems to get easier. Even with stock sales and ISOs I was able to complete my tax filing in just over 1 hour. What I like is that I can keep all my records electronically (no paper) easily. Even though I have been audited twice over the years, I was able to go back into my past forms, confirm my entries, and then submit the needed paperwork to address the audit questions successfully. Importing data electronically is so easy, as is filing electronically, making this software worth the price for just those reasons alone. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone who doesn't want to go through the 30 plus page booklets that accompany yearly state and federal tax forms to try to understand what is required for each line of entry.
What's great about it: Easy and reasonably priced software
What's not so great: None

Inept programming

Your program is getting harder and harder every year for no apparent reason I have installed Adobe reader 3 repeat 3 times and the program refuses to acknowledge. Pure stupidity!!
If I didn't have important data stored in the program I would drop it in a FLASH.

Need way to connect info input with on-going "snapshot" of tax form to see both side-by-side to better understand info input and calculation and final product
What's great about it: like summaries
What's not so great: could not print out snapshot summaries; sometimes could not understand turbotax calculations
