Excellent Tax Software

Again this year I was please by the ease and completeness of using TurboTax for Federal and state tax filing.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Almost makes filing fun. Avoids the need to read through pages of instructions and reduces the worries associated with wondering if one understands what Uncle Sam is expecting.
The most frustrating aspect was trying to pick a Nickname that someone doesn't already have!!

Have used TT for 3 years now and will stop after this year...Will not efile due to forms not being avaliable...It is March 31....I think all forms are avaliable...Will not download update to see if works...Will print and mail..No biggie but never spending money on it again and this is just for a 1040A form with nothing exceptional on it...

What's not so great: will not file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worked great until it was time to file.

It was easy to use until it was time to file. E-filing failed due to an error message about updates are required. There were no updates. This is the first time in over 10 years that I had a problem with e-filing. Not sure if it was b/c this was the first time I used it on a Mac not a PC. Made sure that it was good for a MAC.

I am a Loyal TurboTax customer. I've been using it for years and years. It just gets better and better. This year was easier than ever to transfer information and get a clean quality return completed. Thank you for all the hard work to make this program the best on the market!!!!!
What's great about it: Found several items this year that helped my refund
What's not so great: I wish it could see I do not have foreign accounts
