I like the 5 Federal e files and IRS confirmation. Great job guys.
What's great about it: I like the EasyStep Interview and like the results of all the printed forms

works great and easy to use

I have been using Turbo tax for over 10 years and have a relatively complex return the PDF of all the forms is 417 pages but it is pretty easy to do, the error checking is a great feature, that I make great us of.
What's great about it: easy to use for pretty complex returns
What's not so great: built in help is not so useful

Pretty Good Program

I miss aspects of the old Turbo Tax - like the pop up "expert explanations", access to IRS publications, the tax planner and other help. Now it is just a glorified form filler, and although it is still helpful, it offers far less than before. Pretty expensive for what you get.

I liked it. It was easy and explained everything in a simple way.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: couldn't get it to e file. it kept saying there were updates to software, but could never get it to file

Quick, professional, and saved me a bundle

I used to pay an accountant to compile my tax information. Now I use Turbotax and save myself a nice wad of cash. It's an excellent product.
What's great about it: Prompted for information is a prodictable manner
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I was impressed with the completeness of the whole return process. Left nothing unturned. clear down to the address numbers.
What's great about it: I Think it was very easy to use

2013 was the buggiest version so far

2013 marked the first time in the 10 years I've been using TurboTax that I felt confused at times. Explanations seem more obtuse, and require extra digging. The app also quit on me a couple of times and failed to update. It would say it updated, but when I tried to eFile, it kept running the same loop of updates. After restarting and doing some research online, I got it to load the updates. Not what you want to be doing when it 11pm and you thought you were 5 minutes away from being done.
What's great about it: Loaded in last years info like it always does, eFile
What's not so great: app crashes, failed to update, confusing at times
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

It's really great that Turbotax can import investment data and not require me to enter it manually.
