turbo tax for the mac. need to add function where screen, text size, etc. can be increase for easier viewing/review. currently, the text is too small, and the screen can't be enlarged.

Only problem was in validation for e filing when this could not be completed, even though I had just recently updated TurboTax, until I rebooted my computer.

eFile problem for Mac users

The program is great and I have used it for decades (I won't say how many). However, this year I got a constant error message when trying to eFile indicating that I could not do so until I updated the software, which I did 10 times to no avail. Each time I got the same error message. Finally, I found a solution online from a TT employee, but only after checking the user community bulletin board, which had no responses. If it were not for that problem, I would rate it 5 stars.
For those of us who pay estimated taxes online, it would be nice not to have those forms print out with the tax return. It takes extra steps of separate printing of pages to avoid that.

What's great about it: very easy to use and imports past year's data
What's not so great: eFile error message that could not transmit
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Year by year comparison

I wish that you could print out a year to year comparison. It pops up when you are done with the income and deductions sections, respectively, but it would be helpful to print this out. I'd write notes on it that would help me remember why things are different.
