I always use the "walk me through this" option because if I don;t I'm afraid that I might forget something. As I'm going through my return, I can get extra information to help make decisions.

What's not so great: Website and Desktop Software are not in sync.

Very easy to use and follow. Just fill in the blanks. I have been using TurboTax for years now and it gets easier to use each year.

Taxes are Done!

Turbo Tax is easy to use and follow. I do hate that the cost to auto renew is higher than if I buy new at the store and that it cost so much to e-file the state return. So we mail the state.
What's great about it: Like that it pulls in last years info and The questions are easy to follow
What's not so great: Hate that the cost getting higher with auto renew than if I buy new in the store.

The Best Tax Software

I have used TurboTax for ever 15 years and can't find anything better out there. This program is easy to use, it asks all the right questions and maximizes your refund. I will continue to use it and recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Everything about the program is outstanding
What's not so great: Have to pay for State e-filling

I think their are a few things that need explained better. but in all pretty user friendly.

Very good tax prep software tool. Hope to see more animated illustrations if possible.
What's great about it: Easy to use even for first time users
What's not so great: Don't have foreign trust such as form 3520
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
