Turbo Tax 2013

I love how easy it is to use and I feel confident that my returns are correct.
What's great about it: I love that they guide me through all the possibilities.
What's not so great: Don't really want all the extra offers at the end.

Ease of Use

Simple step by step through the tax submission process. Finds my tax file from last year and populates the relevant info into the new documents. these can be edited if there is any change.
That siad, the explanation of the tax code is limited and does not give good examples. The car registration tax deduction is an excellent example. Had to go to the Government publishcation to understand which numbers on my registration I should be using.
The other limited help it gave was how to structure investments or retirement for the future based on my tax situation. For example, I would expect a suggestion that stated that if I made a contribution then I could reduce my tax bracket or increase my return.

Easiest Way to File!

I've been doing my taxes with TurboTax for decades....there is nothing easier and faster. It always has the latest changes to the tax code incorporated and I feel completely comfortable that my taxes are correct. It's so easy and so inexpensive, compared to using a professional CPA. I wouldn't do taxes any other way!
What's great about it: Step by step process makes sure nothing is missed.
What's not so great: No negatives.

Great for simple returns

I have used turbo tax for the past seven years and will continue to do so. I would like to see frequent flyer recognition in the form of discounts for continued use or perhaps free audit support during years of usage. I really like this software and recommend it to friends an family each and every year.
What's great about it: Easy to use software, great step by step instructions.
What's not so great: error message on restart several times, help files not really helpful
