Too many hoops to jump in order to file

Would not recommend. Have used Turbo Tax since it was called MacIntax. But something has happened this season.
The "feel" of TurboTax has changed. Just not the same as previous years.
Next year will be looking for another software.
One specific gripe--Too many IDs and PWs to remember, especially to use CC to e-file.
What's great about it: tax prep easy

Clean, intuitive, sensible program. I especially like It's Deductible for my charitable donations. I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and now have all my adult children using it! Thanks!

Easier this year to file than last year. Easy flow through income/expenses.
What's great about it: Large type, single topics

Not as good as in prior years

Problem with filing returns: called for 6 digit PIN number when IRS gives 5 digit numbers; did not say to exit and reopen software after 4 updates in a row so that I could e-file. Finally had to call customer service, wait 15 minutes on hold before a representative told me how to solve the problem. Have used Turbo Tax since it came out and never had problems before.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Problem with filing returns

Tax refund for dummies

Takes you through the process from start to state then filling. Easy to understand. Wish the state return was cheaper to file or free.

Familiar with product and easy to use!
What's great about it: Love that it imports info from last year!
What's not so great: Had to pay State taxes this year - arg!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
