It was the same as last year
What's great about it: still the best way to do taxes
What's not so great: sometimes alittle confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good Deal but Pricey

Very helpful software wish it was a little cheaper. I am paying for internet service to download plus the software is expensive. I like it, but the price could cause me to look for other deals.

Print program fixed

I use the state programs to file in Virginia and Colorado and they are seamless.
The print program has been fixed this year. In prior years the first page of the return would be ok and the other pages of the return would be trash. The only way around this was to print one page at a time.
Not sure now how many years I've used Turbo Tax but at least since the mid nineties.
I always thought the problem(program) reporting was pretty weak.

What's great about it: I like being able to transfer last years data.

Always A Great Experience

I've been using TurboTax for the past 5 years and it's the easiest, most convenient and cost effective way to file your taxes. I'm always amazed how complicated people think filing their taxes is. TurboTax walks you through everything step by step and gives you complete and real life explanations on anything you have questions on. No appointment needed just sit on your couch and start clicking. Thank you TurboTax for another great filing experience.
What's great about it: Easy to use with great explanations of everything asked.
What's not so great: Not a single con

I've used Turbo Tax every year for several years now. Never have any issues. Can't get any easier, and it's cheaper than using an accountant.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step.
What's not so great: None!

Quick and Easy

We had been using turbo tax since 1992. I love that I can do it and we don't have to pay someone hundreds of dollard to do the same thing. Thank You Turbo Tax.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years now and it saves me time and money and get's me big refunds.
