Four Years and Still Using Turbo Tax!

I've been using Turbo Tax for four years and I continue to go back to the same product due to ease of use, ability to recheck entries and accuracy.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Reminders, Ability to Recheck
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used and will continue to use Turbo Tax. This year we had a K-1 from a trust to add to our taxes. I had some frustration dealing with the 1116 form which wasn't required for this return. Other than that, I am pleased with the program.
What's great about it: The guide through the topics was a plus!
What's not so great: It was difficult to remove an unwanted form once it had been generated

Too many hidden costs

I have used TurbaTax for over a decade but I think next year I will look for a different Tax program. There are just too many placed that we get charged. After purchasing the software it is not spelled out until you have bought the program and are ready to file.
What's great about it: Ease of use

I was fast and easy to use. Did it while babysitting my nephew. I was dreading doing my taxes for no reason. It is finished, Yay!

Easy tax years

I have used Turbo tax from it's introduction and never had a problem.
What's great about it: Works for job and small farm with changing situations.
What's not so great: Difficult to enter some rental info.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Charged Tax returns!

Still the best, but had some glitches, unlike Turbo Tax of prior years. I had to go back and enter data missed (which I should have caught myself) - it seemed to skip over them. Only caught them through error check. I don't think anything was completely missed by both (I do my own review to make sure).
What's great about it: Very complete
What's not so great: Didn't always take me through everything, Only error check corrected some things missed.

llinois state tax

For the past 2 or 3 years we have been paying for an Illinois State tax return We are supposed to get one free and we elect to only file for the Moss family. However, we have been charged each year.

Nightmare with state installation

I had to hire an IT consultant and it also involved over an hour of very specific technical assistance related to the installation.. all involved with some problem with the .net function.
What's great about it: Wonderful product EXCEPT
What's not so great: 2 years in a row it has been almost impossible to install the second state (RI) that I purchase.
