Scrolling

When going through income, deductions, etc Turbo Tax puts the most recent entry/category at the bottom with the "CONTINUE" icon. Put the most recent at the top with the "CONTINUE" icon so the user does not have to scroll to the bottom every time. Scrolling is just aggravating.

From set up to finish ain't very long a stay. You make an undesirable topic manageable.
What's great about it: easy to use and to review data entered. Good reminders

I cannot amend my 2012 return because Turbo Tax thinks it is not complete even though the e-file status is accepted
What's great about it: somewhat easy to use
What's not so great: if there is a glitch there is no getting around it

My MAC computer was unable to work with TT last year, so this year I had to get access to a different computer (PC) to do my taxes.
Overall the program works well, the tax law is so complex its impossible to account for every single possible deduction.
I like the changes from year to year descriptions...very helpful.
What's great about it: confidence math is done right and info moved between forms correctly
What's not so great: some forms require manual over ride and its not easy to figure out when you need to do that
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
