Need more customization

I'd like TurboTax to allow me step through TurboTax without being asked if I want guidance at every turn. I've used the product for a decade and don't need to be walked through the process.
It's a pain to have to tell TurboTax that "I will choose what I work on" every time I revisit a section or come back after taking a day off.
What's great about it: Accurate calculations
What's not so great: Too many questions on guidance

I have been using TurboTax for 20 years and would not consider any other software or service. It is always a good experience
What's great about it: simple, easy to complete
What's not so great: It did not catch a double entry and approved my taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TurboTax for years now, each year the software continues to stay accurate and simple to use.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Secure, and best of all Accurate

Easty to Use

I've used TT for years and feel that it's reliable in its updates of the tax codes and it walks you through all the areas that are relevant to your tax return.
What's great about it: Once you used TT it stores information and it makes the next year easier
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Finally Done

This is the way to go! It does take using it for a couple of years to learn the little quirks (e.g exactly where to enter odd data) but then it is pretty smooth sailing. Although retired, my return is quite complicated but I go through it fine. I've been using Turbotax for 8 or 10 years now.
What's great about it: Complete, easy to follow, good directions

Not completely intuitive to me. For example, when filing and needing a PIN the instructions did not say not to use your PIN from last year until after one was initially input and then advanced to the next page... however, now I know.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Link to forms was easy to use.

TuroTax Deluxe Updates

I had problems e filling due to TuroTax needing to update and the community help took me so many places before I found out all I need to do was go to my computer for updating and them restarting my computer.

Couldn't e file after 40 frustrating minutes

Despite multiple successful updates i was unable to efile. Turbo tax recommended that i mail the return.....but the program doesn't print only the forms required for mailed return. So I am left sorting through 50 pages to make that determination.
