Overall, Turbo Tax, is very fast and the assumption is that it is accurate. There's no leeway for "creative accounting" and that is excellent. The user can only input the information on the tax forms in front of him or her. Turbo Tax also forces you to think of ways to be more accurate with your reporting; makes you think of deductions which would have been overlooked and omitted. Turbo Tax can and may save a filer hundreds of dollars.
It's a Win-Win situation when using Turbo Tax!

What's great about it: Easy to read and understand most of the questions being asked
What's not so great: If an error has occurred, what is wrong could be explained better

Forms 8949 not generated until several updates - couldn't have filed earlier even if wanted to do so.
No carryover of IRA Cost Basis from previous year,.
What's great about it: Automated system
What's not so great: Not all forms generated even when needed

Did my taxes over about a month. Was easy to navigate and get back to where I left off. Used search window and it always took me to where I needed. Have been using TurboTax for several years now and plan on using it in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is a great program overall. It is consistent from year to year and carries prior information forward. The Q and A format is easy to follow with clarification available when needed. Only complaint is that there was inadequate guidance on how to complete some of the Form K-1 questions.
What's great about it: Carry forward of prior information; fill in the blanks; auto-calc
What's not so great: Inadequate guidance on some schedule K-1 items

Walks you through the process and asks questions to ensure all necessary information is collected and accounted for in a concise and logical manner. Utilizes past return information completely easing the completion of return without having to hand re-enter information.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and really like it because it is very easy to use and just seems to keep getting better. Following the step by step process, really removes chances of making an error.
What's great about it: Great step by step instructions as well as explanations of items that needed it.
What's not so great: Nothing even worth mentioning
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The program works well and updates well thank you. You're becoming overpriced and I will consider changing.
Listen to your customers and make changes. Get rid of the printed voucher garbage, and change the HSA wording to reflect what this really means.
Make the State e-filing free or you're too expensive.
What's great about it: Standardized way of approaching this task. Can to through an interview or explore on my own.
What's not so great: The HSA wording is confusing. Change it to be both employer and employee contributions. Do not print the vouchers
