Takes (most) of the stress out of doing taxes!

This is my 15th year using Turbo Tax. When I started I was single with very few deductions. As I got married and my family and deductions grew Turbo Tax made it easy to account for all the changes in life!
Great Product!
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow
What's not so great: A few annoying offers at the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Love turbo tax. This is the 10 year I've used the product. Makes it so simple. Going to use it again next year.
What's great about it: Simple language for overly complex tax forms

Import form last year did not work correctly. The Business and Job items were hard to find

I have used it for years and it always does what i need.... however I am not sure how many times it has to ask me to do state returns - can't it see I live in a state with no state taxes and that I have never filed them the other 8 times on file in my turbo tax account.
I also had requested to be updated when schedule A was completed by Congress... never got an email. Had to click check for updates multiple times before I ever got a software update which finally downloaded the schedule A updates so I could actually finish my taxes - 6 weeks after I started them. From what I could find online - these schedule A updates were actually done weeks ago - but Turbo Tax has still not sent a notification.
It is easy to process my taxes but this year I was really let down by these issues...

I have used Turbo tax for many years to file our income tax reports without a problem. This year I was unable o e file after many attempts. Message said error was due to update. I did the update several times and kept getting the same message with suggestion to file by mail if problem persists.

There are too many screens that are not needed. They are kind of fluff.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, straight forward questions
What's not so great: Too many transitional screens that don't provide any information (e.g. congratulating me on finishing a section).

Have used Turbo Tax for several years. It is so easy to use! Wouldn't want to do it any other way
What's great about it: Walked me thru and allowed me freedom to make changes
