State functionality lacking

Turbo Tax could not complete MA form LP which is for Lead Paint Removal Credit and consequently could not efile state return. FORM LP is VERY SIMPLE. Your literature should disclose FORMS not supported !! Very disappointing considering the Form"s simplicity

Long time customer.....Only staying out of habit

Found that some information transferred from previous years has to be deleted manually in form view . This made me less than confident about the data so I ended up reviewing all the forms to make sure erroneous data was removed.
Annoying checkerboard pattern on screens blocked information at times
Did not prompt to print forms that I was mailing, had to pick through forms to print.

What's great about it: Transfering of previuos date
What's not so great: Ever increasing cost. Nickel and diming.

Turbo Tax 2013

This at least the 5th time I have used Turbo Tax for my taxes.
Simple and easy. I would recommend this software.
What's great about it: Simple, Straight Forward, and Accurate
What's not so great: Not enought emphsis on your personal info secuity.

I feel fully confident in the accuracy and effectiveness of turbo tax software when submitting my federal and state returns. No stress at all when you press 'go ahead and e-file my returns' !
What's great about it: most ridiculously easy step by step software ever. easier than my fantasy baseball draft!
What's not so great: zero and I mean zero cons!

Turbo Tax Makes Doing Taxes Fun (almost!!)

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2001. That year we had moved, sold a house but had not bought another one in that tax year - had incomes from two states and had no idea how to do all of that on our returns. Purchased Turbo Tax after a recommendation from a coworker and I have been hooked on Turbo Tax ever since!! Last year I had to amend a tax return because I received an interest statement after I had filed my return. Turbo Tax walked me through everything and made it so easy. This tax season I needed to complete a Schedule K and had no idea what that was, but again Turbo Tax walked me through it. I thoroughly love Turbo Tax. I will never again do my taxes without it.
What's great about it: Walks you through schedules you may not be familiar with
