What's great about it: I LOVE HOW SIMPLE THE OPTIONS AND PROMPTS ARE
What's not so great: THIS YEAR SEEMED A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT

An excellent way to make taxes stress-free, and remove the hassle.
What's great about it: Great program- makes things much easier!
What's not so great: Had to update several times before state taxes would submit
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax has always been very good to use and very helpful, step-by-step questions in filling out all information. The information transferred from last year is always a helpful feature. It is easy to e-file and to e-file the state tax, also.
What's great about it: Does the calculations.
What's not so great: Doesn't pick up medical insurance premiums from my 1099R

Many numbers lacked any explanation of where they came from. okay if its in your favor, but had to dig to verify data was incorporated. All was figured out correctly....I think...
What's great about it: Very quick incorporating entries
What's not so great: Some areas not clear enough

Haven't used TurboTax in years since I've had a complicated return but that changed after the wife retired and our house was paid off. Was really pleased and surprised how much easier it is to use than before - great job TurboTax!
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate, pulling data from on-line accounts and populating Form D was great
What's not so great: Maybe the update before I submitted taxes

I love Turbotax. Its so easy to follow & do my taxes. I feel that it covers all the bases and gets me the maximum return possible.

What's not so great: Upon e-filing, there is no way to attach my other documents that explain various deductions.

User friendly and easy to use!

I have used Turbotax for many years and continue to find the program easy to use with many helpful tips for the novice user. The interview process is well organized into different sections. The Easy Step is quick way to access the underlying IRS forms.
This year I encountered an error in the Tax payments summary worksheet, which required a call to the Turbotax help center. The agent was very patient and worked with me for almost two hours to resolve the problem.
What's great about it: Interview screens have useful explanations for what is required for each form.
What's not so great: Some calculations are hidden in the background and difficult to verify.
