Turbo Tax works great

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and love that all information is populated into new form. This reduces the amount of time needed to retype information. Also, it walks you through each area and explains it well. The reviews help make sure your return is error free.
What's great about it: Easy to use, covers all potential areas to make sure I get the most refund possible

Easy!!!

I have been using TurboTax for over 18 years. During that time I have had many dramatic changes in my life that effected my tax status. TurboTax has kept track of all of the little carryover situations that I might have missed and I don't need to keep reentering that data. Each year the process seems to get easier!
This year I decided to do a final run through and check everything and TurboTax found me another $122 refund for new windows that I had forgotten about. Hooray TurboTax!
What's great about it: Keeps track of all carryover deductions
What's not so great: Can't think of any!!

Doesn't get much easier. Even let's you check out obscure credits you wouldn't think of......A+

Sense of Power

I've used Turbo Tax for three years, and I'm thrilled with having the ability to file my own taxes without being dependent upon a Tax Accountant. I've saved close to $500.00 over these last three years by not paying to have my taxes filed by a "tax expert."
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It appears you have set the system so a person has to pay extra to file the State return, even though they paid for the State return when they bought your product. I have used TurboTax in the past but this is the last time I will purchase it.
What's great about it: Federal OK but was e-filed
What's not so great: State forms have DO NOT FILE so can't be filed

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have always had confidence in using it for our tax returns. I like following the guidelines and being able to review what I reported last year. It reminds me to include all information that I need. I like that the return is checked and reminds me of anything that I may need to review. Completely satisfied with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to go back and forward, help always available
What's not so great: Nothing I did not like.

Smooth process

The entire process was much smoother this year. I finished my taxes in record time and had only 1 error, which was easily corrected.
What's great about it: Deleting unwanted items and going back, much easier than in the past.
