this is a real easy way to do my taxes for standard returns
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: if using a newer laptop w/o a disk drive u have to download the software

Mostly very good. Needed to start over to get back to a screen I needed to update investment information.
What's great about it: able to pull in or download most of my needed information.
What's not so great: Hard to back up and fix things.

I enjoyed filling taxes this year. Turbo tax is very user friendly and easy.
What's great about it: very detailed, and to the point
What's not so great: not clear on retirement status

Nothing in particular except that I do not think it fair that I buy the software and then have to pay another fee to e-file.
What's great about it: When I had a question, several options for getting answers were possible.
What's not so great: It just takes time tha tI do not want to spend on taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Took two days, my choice but very user friendly
What's great about it: detailed questions for all sections
What's not so great: deduction item list does not permit "other" as self entry item

Simple and easy process every year. Love the eFile , especially the quick refund direct deposited.
What's great about it: Extremely easy, especially since the programs transfer personal info.
What's not so great: Getting Oregon's form to report $0 for my military retirement.
