I use the Forms for just about everything. I also design software applications. I recommend that you remove the Delete Form from the bottom of the Forms window, particularly since it is right next the the Close Form button. Putting an X on the form tab to close the form might be helpful, or using the Esc key
What's great about it: Gets the job done
What's not so great: UI still a bit awkward. Should use standard controls.

I'm 70 years old and have never done taxes in my life. We've had our taxes done professionally forever. So, there was much anxiety going into this, but with the step-by-step process, it was relatively easy. It should be even easier next year now that I know what to expect.
What's great about it: Step by step--like someone holding your hand
What's not so great: Tricky trying to get a complete printout for final review
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy to Use!

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. It is constantly being improved and keeps getting better. Downloads are quick and easy. I've never found any inaccuracies in any of the calculations.
What's great about it: Clear and concise; step-by-step process

Couldn't do it without Turbo Tax

Easy to use and we have been return Turbo Tax custtomers.
What's great about it: Takes care of the checking of required information.
What's not so great: It seemed to run loops frequently, when nothing was wrong.
