Last year for AZ return, your program did not allow us to take the credit for military pensions so we had to fill out the state form by hand. We almost did not purchase your package this year.
Also, your program allowed us to put the Long Term Care premiums in two places as a deduction which is not allowed- hopefully you will fix this for next year!

turbo tax is wonderful. It walked me through this process and it was actually fun! I like the way it is organized and how you can stop, take a break and come back to where you were working.

Works well and is convenient with e-file. Lots of detail and options, though you could get lost, but there is plenty of help info. Seems a bit sluggish to load, but I guess they know that because they keep telling you, "just a little bit longer."

Quick and easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years. I like that it not only pulls over prior year information so you are not required to re-enter all your employer and personal data, etc, it also gives you a nice comparison summary of this year next to last year, and a earning analysis of the last five years. Turbo tax walks you through each type of tax situation in an interview format, allowing you to completely skip sections that are not relevant to you.
I had a little trouble figuring out how to go back and fill in some data I was originally missing, and then after I paid for the state e-filing and was preparing to transmit, the file kept failing because there was an update. I figured out how to load the update, but the file wouldn't transmit. I checked the question and answer forum and learned what to do-because I have a MAC I had to shut down Turbo Tax and restart it and then the file would transmit. Until it actually transmitted, I was a little panicked. Otherwise, I love Turbo Tax and would highly recommend it.

What's great about it: Since TurboTax pulls over prior year data, filing is pretty quick and easy
What's not so great: I use a Mac and discovered a glitch that made e-filing tricky
