2013 Tax

This product is NOT ready for normal users. At best this product is a failure. I have uses Turbo Tax for YEARS and YEARS and do not see myself used it again.

Getting a bit more complicated

New requirements for non taxable dividends and a few other items like that take a bit of work due to not matching up to the forms easily. Note: did figure it out, but could be easier
What's great about it: Most sections are easy to fill out
What's not so great: sections on new requirements by IRS difficult to follow

Good but slow

I've been using TurboTax for years and like the automation and ability to load and compare previous years data and "walk-thru" format. However, this year the program seemed very slow in starting up, filing, and storing my return as a pdf. Not sure if the encryption had something to do with performance or not.
Also, every time I started running the program the registration request form was displayed even though I had completed the registration before.
I still like the format, maybe I need to upgrade my resources.

What's great about it: Organized, thorough, easy to enter data, popup help.
What's not so great: Performance was slow on my old HP with Windows XP

This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax in several years and I have found numerous improvements to this latest version, easy to use and simple to use instructions.
What's great about it: Easy to use for novice computer users

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have never had a problem with my returns. Only once was I reviewed and it was because I entered the wrong information. Not a Turbo Tax error.
What's great about it: Helps you all the way.
What's not so great: Find a Bank that charges less for processing
