Very comprehensive

I highly recommend TurboTax. I have been using it for years, and it only gets better and easier to use each year. I like the convenience of working on my own taxes, and TurboTax helps me to feel confident that I am including everything I need in order to have an accurate tax filing. The menus are very informative and detailed. Thank you for such a wonderful trustworthy product!
What's great about it: Easy to maneuver menues
What's not so great: Entering sales tax menu not very clear

I have been filing with Turbo Tax or the prior entity since 2004,
I am many years a senior citizen and it seems to me your format has changed this year for deductions. This is the first time I have experienced confusion in entering this information.

Turbo Tax 2013

The process is very easy. Let's hope that the data on the 2013 return will transfer into the 2014 Turbo Tax software. The info on the 2012 return DID NOT transfer into 2013 Turbo Tax. Many users complained about this on their website and forums. There was definitely a defect that prevented the transfer of data.

I've been using TurboTax for many years and have always found it to be quick, accurate, and easy to understand. Great software!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product. This survey is a pain and there is no way out. Why do I need a nickname? Who cares. Eliminate survey or simplify getting out of it.
What's great about it: Appreciate the transfer of past information
What's not so great: Some information common to previous year should also have transferred to reduce manual update
