Always gets me the most money!!

I would recommend this to anyone - very simple and easy to understand. Always gets me the most money back. Very quick, and you don't have to make an appointment and wait on the tax person - because it"s you!!
What's great about it: very simple to use and understand
What's not so great: I do my return in january and sometimes have to wait for the irs to have latest updated forms

Still going strong

Don't know how many years I've been using Turbo Tax (had used Tax Act prior). Love being able to import year over year (though one year it did not!). Only comment this year was I sold a house and asked about date of sale at the END of the questions and then told me I lived there long enough that I wouldn't have to pay taxes on the gains. Would've been great to know (which I did) before I spent an hour searching through my files and and updating. Other than that a relatively quite tax year.
What's great about it: Functional and easy
What's not so great: Would like more guidance
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

For the charitable deductions, it would be much less time consuming if I could alphabetize them as you can in an excell file.

Good package

good product. This next thing I mention every year for the past 10 years: after completing download/updates the dialogue box says 'TurboTax restarting'. But its is not restarting; I have to restart it myself. Minor annoying thing that has never been addressed.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Hard to skip around

No More Hassle

If you already use a computer or even better, if you use Quicken, you will love Turbo Tax. It is fast, it is easy. This is especially true from the 2nd year that you use it and every year after that. Turbo Tax remembers the information that you entered the previous year. The process works best for me in this manner: 1st I start a folder in December where I will keep any document coming through the mail that has "tax document" written on it. 2nd, on or after February 1st, I pull out the folder and do my taxes. I do State and Federal in the same sitting. Simple!
What's great about it: Used to dread April 15th every year. No more!!!
What's not so great: None.
