great program until you get to the printing

The printing system has been revised, requires down load of Adobe Reader even if you have a current copy with a copy of Google which I have. I have been using Turbo tax for 20 years and this printing revision is very difficult, it looks like you are trying to push me to e:filing or have a deal with goggle.
What's great about it: Leads you thru the preperation of return very well.
What's not so great: The new printing is confusing and requires a down load you don't need.

Retiree Assistance

You could still make things a lot easier if when stating that you are a retiree that you only have to look at the whole income category and skip those that don't have any meaning for you. Same with deductions. I know that I don't qualify or even come close so why ask at the silly questions about deductions.

Great Support for a Great Product

When a problem came up your support team came to the rescue and fixed it. The problems were computer related and not your software. Hats off to a great team.
What's great about it: Your support team is knowledgeable and extremely helpful
What's not so great: Haven't found any.

Been using TurboTax since 1995! I most appreciate TurboTax's ability to put my mind at ease...what used to feel like an overwhelming chore now at least feels manageable. Taxes are never fun, but now I don't worry that I have overlooked the obvious!
What's great about it: Logical, organized way to complete a complex return
What's not so great: Complex issues still require some individual knowledge

TURBOTAX IS THE EASIEST WAY TO DO YOUR TAXES!!! ALL AVENUES ARE COVERED AND IF YOU HAVE ALL YOUR INFO IT IS A BREEZE TO COMPLETE AND FILE YOUR TAXES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOVICE OR PRO.
What's great about it: MAKES TAXTIME LESS STRESSFUL
What's not so great: THE STATE IS COMPLETED THROUGH FEDERAL ENTRIES AND REASON FOR DIFFERNT DEDUCTIONS IN STATE ARE NOT ALWAYS UNDERSTOOD

Taxes using Turbotax

I have used Turbo tax for at least ten years. Don't plan to change.
What's great about it: I can go through the question and answer or go to form. Comparison to last year is great for spotting missed info.
What's not so great: Non
