I just don't know enough about "taxes" [lingo, etc]. My taxes are simple and the program was simple but it asked all the questions that my tax preparer asked. I believe that I will use the program next year.

Turbo Tax is the boss.

Despite the price, I purchased the Advantage Plan because TT is the boss.
What's great about it: Transferring information from the 2012 return.
What's not so great: Software is overpriced.

Easy way to file you taxes. I like buying it to print my taxes for my records.

I have been using turbo tax since 2005. I love how easy it is to work through income and deductions. Year after year, I'm impressed. Thanks for making a great product.

Keeping It Simple

I've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years, and I will probably stay with it for another 10. I don't have to decipher instructions or pull together all manner of forms, because the program does it for me. TurboTax makes tax time as painless as it can be!
What's great about it: Interview style takes out the guesswork

Got all my money back!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now, and have always had an easy time doing my taxes, and I feel confident that I got the maximum refund. This year I got an error message when I filed, I contacted customer support,and although I had to wait awhile, the very helpful person on the other end got it fixed in no time and it filed right away. Great Job Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: So Easy to use, fast and simple
What's not so great: could not find anything bad to say

Happy new Customer

Overall a pleasant experience as a new customer to TurboTax. After years of using a CPA I know and "assumed" knew what he was doing, why not give TurboTax a try? Doing it myself couldn't be anymore of a headache than the last four years of constant audits for a mistake that everyone knows you cannot do.
What's great about it: Simple to use and navigate
What's not so great: Some of the steps could used simpler explanations. Found some options were somewhat challenging to change.
