I like everything about Turbo Tax. . . .this is our 6th year using and we have never had a complaint about it's service. . .
What's great about it: Takes everything step by step as though sitting with a real tax professional
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I absolutely love TurboTax; I've been using it for at least 15 years. It is still an inexpensive way to file taxes and it is so easy to follow. TurboTax doesn't miss a beat; they think of every possible question to make sure your return is accurate. I recommend TurboTax to everyone. Thanks TurboTax!!

Turbo Tax Deluxe

Would use TT again, but Intuit needs to fix this bug to allow easier completion of e-file process. Your online guy 18_James B helped me resolve the issue, but it took about an hour+ to do so.
What's great about it: Ease of use, helped me through the format.
What's not so great: Failure at the e-file point. Wanted to charge me for TTPlus even though I was using Desktop version of TT Deluxe.
