Customer service is great. Getting refund so quickly is wonderful. But, the program just does't like Apple computers. Three years running it has taken an inordinate amount of time to get the program up and going. This year it was well over two hours just to get the download. My thanks to Summer who patiently took me through dozens of options until we finally got it done.

SSN Glitch

I have just resubmitted our return after a reject because of spouse's SSN???? Could not find the problem on hard copy and not sure what you did to fix. It just said you were done and resubmit???? Waiting to see. I have been using Turbo for years, this dents my confidence a little.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy
What's not so great: this year a SSN glitch

Knocked it out of the park!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 6 years. Obviously there have been no issues, otherwise I would have been forced to find an alternative. I am very happy with Turbo Tax, and see nothing in the foreseeable future to stop me from continuing to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Clear and concise
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Easy step by step

I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years for my Federal and State returns. Never a problem except for one year when my spouse's SSN had been submitted on someone else's return--not TT's fault.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does all the grunt work
What's not so great: Paper trail of calculations could be better

Pay for State E-File and had to mail

Did not like having to pay State-Efile and ended up having to mail because after 10-15 updates, still would not accept. Fed e-file went fine. Perhaps one should only have to pay IF THE E-FILE goes through.
What's great about it: Easy of use
What's not so great: paying for state e-file, then finding out you have to mail

with all the checks this program has seems like it would have caught that i needed to add my IP PIN before i accualy filled
