It is an outstanding program that combines ease of use with thorough and step-by-step instruction. For my needs as a retired person i couldn't ask for more.
What's great about it: Straight forward, logical, and complete with ease of use.
What's not so great: Only one: It can't change the "input errors."

Great program. I have been using it since it started and have never had a problem. I learn more each year about saving money. Just take your time and if you don't understand read the little question and answer pop ups. Very detailed.

Using turboTax is so easy! If i'm not sure what they are asking or where I need to look, help is just a click away.

It seemed like Turbo Tax was always trying to get more money out of me - the initial purchase price should have included all the information I needed. It was disappointing that I had to pay to electronically file my Georgia return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and find where to put information
What's not so great: I could not find a way to print just one page (i.e: my signature page)
