Some Good, Some So-so!

I like to understand the process while doing my return. TurboTax leads one "by the nose" through the process with virtually no explanation. I would like to understand each step as I go along rather than doing mindless data entry. For example, I would like to see tabs or a drop down menu containing the major schedules (A, B, D, etc.) so that, with one stroke, i could toggle between the detail I am entering and the higher level information offered by the schedules. That would help not only my understanding but also help avoid major errors.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use. Nice summaries & comparisons.
What's not so great: Hard to see "big picture" while doing a return.

My Turbo Tax Review

This makes my tax filing a simple and easy process. Helps me avoid the other services,
I redid my daughter's return before she filed, and was able to get her more money back than the other services offered.
Her boyfriend wants me to help him file an amended return.
What's great about it: Easy to understand

Another Year for a Great Product!

I have been using TT for many years, and I have a somewhat complicated return. TT handles it like a dream! I go through the step by step mode, slowly, and answer everything. They take care of the rest. Saves tons of money on fancy preparers that I do not need.
What's great about it: great user interface, well organized, clear explanations
What's not so great: none that I know of
