Very Very EASY

Loved this program. Big Big improvement over the old way. Alerted me to deductions I would have missed otherwise.
What's great about it: asked all questions needed for return.
What's not so great: should have updated right away
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Use "Dr. TurboTax" For Your Tax Root Canal

Each April, we go through the federal root canal of filing income taxes. If you must have a tax root canal, having it done by Dr. TurboTax is the way to go. TurboTax talks you through each item, prompting you to review your figures to assure you have not overlooked something. I HATE TAXES, but TurboTax reduces the pain and makes enduring the inevitable easier!
What's great about it: Interview process prompts you to consider all factors
What's not so great: Q&A sends you to forum where you have to wade through many "similar" Q&As

EZ Tax Return for Seniors

At 70 years old, I was very hesitant to try Turbo Tax. Well, this is my 3rd year of using the tax software and I continue to be extremely pleased with the results. Not being that comfortable with my computer skills, I felt intimidated by what I expected to be a very complicated process. Nothing could be further than the truth. The software is very easy to follow and understand and makes doing my taxes an enjoyable experience. This old dog has really learned a new trick. Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: Love the transfer of data from the previous tax year which is shown as you complete each section..
What's not so great: Too many questions due to all the required Federal tax forms

I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years. Saves $$$. Tax experience is not needed.
What's great about it: Easy to do if you are not a first time user
What's not so great: More information to enter if you have switched computors from a prior year.

Pretty easy to use

Well worth the money.
What's great about it: Saves time because you don't have to look things up or do calculations yourself. Accurate.
What's not so great: Can take some work figuring out answers to questions.

Turbo Tax Rocks !!!

I can't believe I've been spending hundreds of dollars each year for a well known tax service to handle my return. That's the end! From now on, I'm using Turbo Tax to file my returns.
What's great about it: So easy and fast

I've used Turbo tax since the early days and it is great to see it evolve. We're retired and the ability for TurboTax to interface directly with our brokerage company to download all of the required transaction information is truely a great feature. What would have taken me many, many hours is now done in a matter of minutes. Kudos for a great product!
What's great about it: ability to include brokerage information automatically
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: I bought or sold investments
