Great Product

I have used this product for quite a number of years now and would not consider any competing product. I have never had a problem with incorrect information.
What's great about it: walks you through all the necessary steps
What's not so great: doesn't retain previous answers when reviewing information

After discussing tax software with friends that use other tax software I'm positive that TurboTax is the easiest to use and most thorough tax software on the market. This is my 7th year of using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easiest to use on the market

This years tax preparation did not go as easily as prior years. Had a very hard time getting IRS updates on 3-24-14. FINALLY! Some areas like sales tax did not automatically compute after update. Especially did not like TT automatically computing tax penalty and putting it on the return.
What's great about it: Ease of transfering last year to current tax year being prepared.
What's not so great: Hard time get down loads for updates. Icon on desktop says 2014. 2014? Don't like TT computing 2210, putting tax on1040

Been using since 2004. Like it for ease of use. Good support when right party is reached. Could use easier means of finding phone number.
What's great about it: walk thru is easy
What's not so great: few errors in Michigan form

Ever since I started filing using Turbo tax I have just gotten happier with it each year. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Loved the side bar with examples. Very easy to file.
What's not so great: None that I could see
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

major deficiencies

For the second year in a row I've punched the "final" efile button (Transmit Return) only to find that at that late date TurboTax will not accept the amount entered in Box 14 of the W-2. The program demands that I change the figure to what it requires, even though I'm looking at a paper copy of a W-2 that says something different. This "correction" should occur when the figure is initially entered, not at the end after "reviews" upon "reviews". Second complaint: My income will change dramatically in 2014 and I needed the 1040ES worksheet. NOPE, not gonna happen with TurboTax. Used to be the estimated tax worksheet was included. Some of us need it.
What's not so great: NOT ready to file when it says it is; no est. tax worksheet
